Screen printing allows you to showcase your brand in the most impactful way. We use a mesh with countless tiny openings to accurately transfer ink onto the object. During the process, a stencil blocks certain areas to shape the logo. Ink is applied to the mesh and then pushed through onto the product. Each color is printed separately, requiring multiple screens to create a multi-colored pattern or logo. After printing, the product is placed in a drying tunnel to fix the ink.
Additionally, with our Screen Printing 360 technique, the same method is applied to cylindrical objects, where the item is gently rotated to achieve a seamless round print.
Screen printing delivers long-lasting results, meaning the print remains sharp and durable over time. Its resistance to wear and fading makes screen printing an excellent choice for long-term branding.
